It would appear that some Democrats are starting to get worried about next November.
With Joe at the top of the ballot, I just don’t see people being very excited to head to the polls.
Clearly, some Democrats feel the same way, and they are now inviting others to run for office.
Get In There
The problem when you have a weak candidate at the top is that nobody comes out to vote.
That puts lower-profile candidates down the ballot at risk.
Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) is now promoting other people to run to encourage a huge change of leadership in the Democrat Party.
Phillips stated, “I would like to see a moderate governor, hopefully from the heartland, from one of the four states that Democrats will need.
“Anybody who wants to run, Joe Manchin, Cornel West … that’s why we have primaries because that doesn’t undermine the likelihood of returning, in this case, a Democrat to the White House.
“I’m actively inviting, encouraging to some degree, imploring, that people who are ready and know it’s probably time to do so take the chance.”
Biden is underwater on just about every topic in every poll.
Now his age has become a major factor, with 69 percent of Democrats believing he is too old to run.
If this continues, I just don’t see a high voter turnout next November, which will clearly benefit Donald Trump and Republicans.
