Democrat CRIMINAL Activities Come to Light

Last August, the office of registered Democrat Andrew Cuomo refused to hand over hard data to state legislators. Now we know the reason why is because they were pleading the fifth. Top aides fraudulently coerced state Health Department officials to fudge the numbers. Cuomo’s secretary Melissa DeRosa is really in hot water.

Democrat directive of death

Last year, on March 25, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made a controversial decision. Against the advice of everyone, he issued a directive which funneled elderly patients already infected with the Andromeda Strain directly into nursing homes.

It was certain to expose a captive audience of the most vulnerable patients and it did. When nursing home residents started dying in droves, the obvious answer was cover it up, quick.

Late Thursday, the New York Times broke the news that “top aides” to the Democrat Governor, including his trusted secretary Melissa DeRosa, illegally pressured state health officials to “alter” their report for July, “to obscure the true number of people killed by COVID-19 in the state’s nursing homes.”

The trick they pulled was only counting patients who expired on the grounds of the facility, not the residents who were taken to the hospital before passing away.

Critics say that it’s obvious that the report was totally “designed to rebut criticism of Cuomo.”

He was already taking a lot of heat from nursing home representatives who “complained at the time that the policy could help spread the virus.” Everyone agrees that the report went out of it’s way to conclude that Cuomo’s Democrat policy “played no role in spreading infection.”

An imprecise statistic

Public health officials couldn’t face the press and look them in the eye. They admitted at the time of release that their analysis was “based partly” on “an imprecise statistic.”

They didn’t come out and say that it was a total lie but it was. Officials in the Democrat controlled state know how to take orders from above when they have to but that doesn’t mean they have to like it.

When the Democrat directed health department released the figures, they listed “6,432 people had died in the state’s nursing homes.” They weren’t lying. That’s exactly how many died “in” their nursing home.

“State officials acknowledged that the true number of deaths was higher because of the exclusion of patients who died in hospitals.” When the report came out they got all nervous and changed the subject when anyone asked them “to give any estimate of that larger number of deaths.”

Before the staff of the Deadly Democrat got to them, the Health Department had written the figure 9,200 deaths in the draft. Cuomo’s secretary insisted that number simply had to go.

Now that they are trying to cover up for their own criminal actions they try to blame it on concerns over “accuracy.” After a court order and a state attorney general report, the state was forced to admit the truth.

Earlier this month, Democrat secretarial delight Melissa DeRosa shocked the State Legislature when she admitted, “the administration didn’t turn over the data to legislators in August because of worries the information would be used against them.” That’s called pleading the Fifth.

“Basically, we froze, because then we were in a position where we weren’t sure if what we were going to give to the Department of Justice or what we give to you guys, what we start saying was going to be used against us while we weren’t sure if there was going to be an investigation.” There will be.
