Damning new details have emerged showing that Capitol police may have murdered a second protester on January 6th, 2021.

Bodycam footage — which was conveniently heavily redacted — that was taken in the West Terrace tunnel on January 6th provides a glimpse into the conditions at the time when Rosanne Boyland, 34, was unconscious on the ground, being beaten by a Capitol police officer with a large wooden stick.

Though the video is completely pixelated (purposely), the audio is distinguishable. Several bodycam videos obtained by The Epoch Times allow the public to hear the sound of Boyland being beaten.

These videos back up other videos and the witness statements previously released by the U.S. Department of Justice.

A 39 second video clip from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department shows the gloved hand of Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris picking up a long stick that was on the ground beside Rosanne Boyland — who was already unconscious — and then repeatedly striking her with it. The sound of the stick making contact with the protester’s body can be heard clearly.

Watch/Listen to that video here.

After the brutal assault of the unarmed, unconscious protester by a police officer, another protester can be heard screaming: “Guys, stop! We don’t need to do this! We don’t need to do this!”

During all of this, another protester, Luke Coffee of Dallas, held up an aluminum crutch in front of officers as a defensive weapon in an attempt to stop the assault on Boyland.

“Stop! Stop!” begged Coffee, who was hit with pepper spray.

A few seconds later, another protester screamed, “You killed her, [expletive] pigs!”

A longer bodycam video clip picked up more dialogue from protesters attempting to save Boyland’s life.

“We’ve got a man down here, dying!” someone said. “A man may be dead!”

Another person yelled: “A medic! Now!”

At one point in the video, Boyland can be seen receiving CPR from bystanders who moved her body away from the police line. Ronald McAbee, a sheriff’s deputy from Williamson County, Tennessee, can be seen digging through a backpack, possibly searching for medical supplies.

Then, a group of men carried Boyland’s unconscious body and set her down directly in front and center of the police line.

“She’s [expletive] dead!” someone shouted. “You murdered her!”

“She’s dying! She’s dying!” another person yelled.

Yet, not a single police officer made a move to render aid.

One of the protesters then jumped back in to once again attempt CPR on Boyland. “Compression! I need compression!” someone shouted.

Police then grabbed Boyland’s unconscious body by her feet, and dragged her back into the tunnel. At this time, her lips were purple, her skin appeared grey, and a small amount of blood was visible below her nose. One of the witnesses has stated that Morris’ final blow with the stick had struck Boyland in the face and caused a nose bleed.

“That’s on you, mother[expletive],” an enraged protester screamed at police. “That’s on you, mother[expletive]. You kill us, mother[expletive]!”

Boyland supposedly died after being trampled by a crowd of protesters trying to escape being gassed by Capitol Police inside the West Terrace tunnel entrance to the U.S. Capitol.

While yes, she was part of the crowd that was gassed in the tunnel, and did end up being knocked over and crushed at the bottom of a pile of people, she was pulled out of that pile and other protesters were attempting to give her CPR.

According to previous reporting from The Epoch Times:

“During the 11 minutes after Boyland fell, protesters made repeated attempts at CPR—efforts that were frustrated in part by the beating and police spraying pepper spray into the faces of those trying to help Boyland, video shows.

There is confusion about what lifesaving efforts were made by police after Boyland was moved into the Capitol. Testimony before a Congressional committee suggested police attempted CPR at 4:26 p.m., which wasn’t possible since at that time Boyland still lay on the concrete outside, being given CPR by protesters Jake Lang and Ronald McAbee.

The DC medical examiner said Boyland died of an accidental overdose of Adderall, a prescription medication used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. That ruling has drawn skepticism and outrage from Boyland’s friends and family. Her father, Bret Boyland, said Rosanne had been taking Adderall for about 10 years.”

Somehow, Officer Morris’ actions are not being factored into this at all. In fact, the Capitol Police are claiming that her actions were justified.

“The use of force within this investigation was determined to be objectively reasonable,” wrote Capt. David K. Augustine, director of the Risk Management Division of the MPD Internal Affairs Bureau. “Officer Morris is still employed with the MPD and not facing criminal charges related to the use of force on January 6.”
