Really special Special Prosecutor David Weiss is leaking that he’s about to file at least one gun charge against Hunter Biden. James Comer’s first reaction when he heard the news was well whoop de do. That would be the “least of all the crimes” Hunter Biden’s been chained to. The second reaction of the House Oversight Committee chairman was to sniff the air. He’s pretty sure he smells a rat somewhere.
What’s this gun smoking?
On Wednesday, September 6, James Comer got a whiff of gun charges in the wind on Capitol Hill. He was quick to tell the public it looks like a neon “sign that special counsel David Weiss may be trying to ‘sneak something through.‘” It wouldn’t be the first time. The person in charge of investigating Hunter Biden’s alleged crimes was a buddy of his brother Beau Biden. His assistant prosecutor, Derek Hines, worked closely with the Biden family mole, Louis Freeh. His so called investigation looks a whole lot more like a cover-up operation than a witch hunt persecution.
Donald Trump’s treatment was the exact opposite and still is. Trump was hounded relentlessly by Grand Inquisitor Robert Mueller. We now know, thanks to John Durham, that the FBI helped Hillary Clinton frame Trump with the very things Mueller would later probe. The latest bane to Trump’s existence, Jack Smith, is out to make Mueller look like a deplorable MAGA-Conservative.
Meanwhile, as James Comer points out, we have Weiss and his “previous attempt at negotiating an ill-fated plea deal with Biden’s attorneys that would have allowed the 53-year-old son of [alleged] President Biden to avoid jail time.”

The gun charge in the original deal was a whole lot more diabolical than it seemed on the surface. Hunter’s lawyers insist it was inked in blood so still stands. Weiss might be trying to sneak it through another door. “They already tried to sneak something through once. We need to make sure that they don’t do it again,” Comer declared.
Comer’s staff just learned that the Just Us Department was over in Delaware at the courthouse to get some paperwork stamped in. The filing “indicated Hunter will face a new federal grand jury indictment sometime before September 29 relating to his possession of a firearm while addicted to crack cocaine.”
Even if Weiss ups the gun charge to a real one this time, “this is the least of all the crimes that Hunter Biden has committed.” He (allegedly) tried to write his Russian hookers off on his taxes as a business expense while laundering family bribe money through a web of shell companies. For starters.
Sweeping immunity protection
Laws today aren’t the things they were once, the conservative lawmaker from Kentucky notes. “Obviously, he violated the law and Joe Biden wants to create more gun laws. I’m not surprised. But David Weiss has a long way to go.”
In the last deal on the table, which fell through thanks to an honest judge, Hunter was “set to receive sweeping immunity protection.” So sweeping that he can’t be charged with anything else. Ever. That’s the part which Biden’s expensive attorney, Abbe Lowell, insists was written in blood.
The two misdemeanor tax charges which Weiss filed at the last minute, only for show, because two of his investigators blew the whistle, collapsed in court.
David Weiss was hand-picked to be the special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden— he has done nothing but protect President Biden during this ongoing investigation.

Everyone thought that the associated gun charge deal collapsed with it but that hasn’t been conclusively determined yet.
That gun which Hunter bought while admittedly addicted to crack cocaine may still be smoking in ways that the Biden family never imagined. Comer gave a good suggestion but it’s one of those cases of preaching to the choir. “Yeah, look, I think everybody in America needs to be paying close attention to this,” Comer relates.
We already are. All the conservatives in America are sitting on the edge of the chair wondering which way things are going to go next. They’re also still very much “standing back and standing by.” They don’t need a gun for that but many have one anyway.
