Joe Biden has hired some interesting people since he has been in office.
We are lucky that the Senate confirmation process weeded out a few of the extremists.
It did, however, miss one, a very big one, in William Burns.
Working with the Chinese
Burns is now the big cheese at the CIA.
For that position, your allegiance should be unquestionable to the United States.
So, I will need someone to explain how, in his last position, he worked for an organization that was deeply in bed with the Chinese.
That would be the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Burns worked there from February 2015 to November 2021.
The think tank was founded in 2010 in cooperation with Tsinghua University.
It also had a program in place to employ members of the CCP, the Chinese Community Party.
Burns, during congressional hearings, maintained that he ended that program as quickly as possible after he took over.
That is a lie; the program was in place for roughly two years after he took over.
When he was the boss, the think tank had roughly 20 CCP members working there, four of whom were brought aboard AFTER Burns took over.
This think tank had access to some of the most influential politicians in the country, influencing policy, and it had Chinees plants working in its ranks.
Is anyone going to seriously tell me the Chinese were unaware of everything going on at Carnegie?
Let me ask another question. What are the chances some of these CCP members were not recruiting other people to continue their work once they were gone?
That is the man in charge of the CIA… so tell me how much you trust that agency now.
