Donald Trump is fighting back.
Judge Chutkan ruled earlier in the week to issue a gag order against Trump.
His legal team has now filed an appeal to fight the order.

Trump has been unleashing on just about everyone involved in this case.
Once Judge Engoron issued the gag order for similar reasons in the New York fraud case, it was almost a given that Judge Chutkan would do the same.
Trump’s team did not present an argument in the filing, but I think we know they will use Trump’s First Amendment rights as the basis.
Trump recently commented on this at a rally.
He stated, “I’ll be the only politician in history that runs with a gag order where I’m not allowed to criticize people.
“Can you imagine this?
“We’ll appeal it and we’ll see. But it’s so unconstitutional.
“The good thing is we have so much support, it’s incredible.”
Trump attorney John Lauro added, “Mr. Trump is allowed to say things like this is a politically motivated prosecution.
“He is entitled to say things he is being treated unfairly.
“He is allowed to speak truth to oppression.”
The problem is not that Trump is talking about the case, it is the language he is using, but the man is simply not capable of not using inflammatory language.
For that reason, I think it is highly unlikely that he wins this appeal, but maybe it gives him more ammo to use if he loses the case.
There is no doubt that Trump will appeal any case he loses, so, especially in this case, his attorneys are going to be stocking up on bias claims.
