Well, we have all railed against IRS agents being armed.
They just proved to everyone there is good reason for that.
An agent was shot and killed in North Phoenix by a fellow agent during a routine training exercise.

The IRS is not providing much detail about what went down.
We do know the agents were training at a firing range at the time of the shooting.

After being shot, the unnamed agent was taken to the HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center
The agent was pronounced dead not long after arriving at the facility.
The FBI is now investigating the shooting.
