Joe Biden did his first sit-down interview since announcing he was running for re-election.
He sat down with Stephanie Ruhle, who did everything in her power to feed Biden softball questions and lead him to his answers.
As Ruhle gushed over all the wonderful things that Joe Biden has done, she asked him why he thought he was still not polling well.
His answer, well, it was pretty pathetic.
Not My Fault
I think we would all agree that the media has been protecting Joe Bidden from Day One.
This interview was typical of that, especially when you hear how Ruhle asked the question about Hunter Biden.
Even so, when Ruhle asked Biden why his polling numbers are so low, he blamed the media.
He responded, “All they’ve heard is negative news for three years. Everything is negative. I’m not being critical of the press, but you turn on the television — the only way you’re gonna get a hit is if there’s something negative, you know.
“You don’t — anyway, that’s number one.”
Biden continued, “But number two, I think we’re in a situation where you have much of what we were able to do is going to come into play now.
“For example, I met today — I set up what they call a ‘second Cabinet’ within my Cabinet.
“I have an enforcement group. They’re the ones going out making sure that we’re getting the roads built, the highways build and getting the lead pipes out of every neighborhood so people aren’t dying or getting very sick.
“They’re the ones who are making sure that people begin to know what’s happened and what’s happening.
“It’s gonna take time to get this done.
“Unless we can make it clear to the American people what it is that we’ve actually done — it’s one thing to say we’re going to rebuild this bridge that is in the process of collapsing, [it’s] other things to actually get it built, get it built, and that’s all just starting.”

I keep saying that I am amazed that the media does not push back on him, but none of us should be surprised.
They have protected him from day one, so this assertion by Biden that all he gets is negative news is a complete and utter joke.
