Another state is bailing on Donald Trump.

The Iowa caucus has had a big swing in who it would like to support for president.

Governor Ron DeSantis is now the preferred candidate.

Big Swing

The latest survey by Neighborhood Research and Media shows that DeSantis is now leading Trump 32-30.

The lead is not the issue, but the trend is.

A year ago, Trump led DeSantis 56-12.

In June, Trump led DeSantis 38-17.

Rick Shaftan of Neighborhood Research and Media stated, “With support barely half what it was a year ago in a time when DeSantis’s vote has nearly tripled, Trump becomes a severe underdog in the race.”

The bad news for Trump is that there are still a lot of undecided voters out there.

It’s bad news because of all the negative media that Trump has been getting as of late.

As an undecided voter, what is the persuasive argument to vote for Trump?

His battleground candidates in the midterm elections tanked, he is probably going to get indicted, be it fairly or not, he is losing grip with Republicans in office, and he has a stack of other legal problems that could land him in jail.

That is not to mention that we will see endless ads with the January 6 riot during the election drive if Trump wins the nomination.

Is it time to move on from Trump? Will Trump let the party move on if he loses the nomination or will he tell his supporters to stay home and let the Democrats have it to teach Republicans a lesson?

That last question is something someone needs to ask Trump immediately.

He needs to commit to backing whoever wins that race to ensure we kick Biden out of the White House.
