A home surveillance camera in San Jose, CA, caught a horrific crime taking place.
A grandmother and her grandson were crossing the street when a car came out of nowhere.
It ran both of them over and never slowed down.
Now police are hoping for some help in identifying the car and the driver.
Tragedy
This was apparently a route that the grandmother took almost every day with the kids.
A neighbor stated, “I know her.
“Every day, she walks around this way and takes her grandchildren to the high school track.
“Cars like this one don’t even stop.”
The grandmother is in intensive care with broken ribs and a broken shoulder.
The child was relatively unharmed, just suffering some bumps and bruises.
The daughter and mother of the child stated, “I couldn’t believe it happened.
“I cannot think of how anyone could drive like that … this is so bad.”
Police are asking anyone with any information about the car to please call them at 408-277-4654.
