This week, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed.

Biden should have been happy with the ruling
While the court ruled that Obama did not have the authority to create the program, it did not dismantle it altogether.
The court was sympathetic to those already enrolled.
However, it stated that is as far as it goes, as the administration must stop enrolling people in the program.
Biden lost it, stating, “I am disappointed in today’s Fifth Circuit decision holding that DACA is unlawful.
“The court’s stay provides a temporary reprieve for DACA recipients, but one thing remains clear: the lives of Dreamers remain in limbo.”
Well, Joe, your last administration never should have put the rule in place in the first place, so don’t blame the court or Republicans.
