Another Trump justice has just let us down.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett has rejected an appeal to the Supreme Court to block the Biden student loan forgiveness plan.
This was a huge win for Biden, albeit it very short-lived.

Conservatives were livid that Barrett did not even consider hearing the case.
What was even more bothersome was there was no reason given for the rejection.
That victory, however, was very short-lived.
On Friday, a federal appeals court put a temporary hold on the order.
This is a completely different case from the one that Barret dismissed, so the fight lives on.
This case was brought by six red state attorneys general.
The administration has until Monday to respond, then the states will have until Tuesday to address that response before the court makes a final decision on the matter.
In the meantime, the website stays open and people can still go through the application process.
However, nothing will be approved until after the litigation is settled.
