It would seem that Donald Trump is finally getting the message that even he cannot beat the system.
Trump is withdrawing his second lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James.
With a liberal judge assigned to the case, it would appear that Trump finally realizes the deck is stacked against him.

Trump got ripped by a Clinton judge for abusing the legal system.
Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks called Trump a “prolific and sophisticated litigant who is repeatedly using the courts to seek revenge on political adversaries.”
Middlebrooks continued, “He is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process, and he cannot be seen as a litigant blindly following the advice of a lawyer. He knew full well the impact of his actions.
“As such, I find that sanctions should be imposed upon Mr. Trump and his lead counsel, Ms. Habba.”
Trump was also forced to pay out $1 million in legal fees.
After Trump withdrew the case, Letitia James took a victory lap.
She stated, “I am pleased that Donald Trump has withdrawn both of his pending actions against my office.
“As we have shown all along, we have a legitimate legal case against him and his organization, and we cannot be bullied or dissuaded from pursuing it.”
Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, countered that the case “was voluntarily withdrawn for strategic purposes.”
