Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) has just been elected as the new leader of the Democrat caucus in the House.
He also happens to be someone that was not always so friendly with Joe Biden.
Remember the name Tara Reade?
We do… and when she made accusations that Biden had raped her, Jeffries was at the front of the line demanding an investigation.
Do Something About It
Reade’s accusations seemed credible at the time, especially when you consider the allegations that Democrats were taking as credible against Trump and Cavanaugh.
The difference was that the allegations against Trump and Cavanaugh were fully investigated and the Reade allegations just went away.
Jeffries, at the time, stated, “It’s got to be taken seriously because this is a serious allegation raised by a serious individual and needs to be investigated seriously. We’ve probably got to hear from him [Biden] at some point directly.
“I’m not really in a position to say what is the appropriate mechanism, although this needs to be taken seriously.”
Well, now Jeffries can actually do something about it and get on board with Republicans to conduct such an investigation.
If I were in that press room, that quote given by him would be the first thing I threw up in his face to get a position on him regarding now conducting such an investigation.
Or, did he just want that investigation to help eliminate Biden to help his buddy Kamala Harris?
We know what the answer is, but we also want to get him on record so we can add to the list of hypocritical statements he made.
