One of the most wanted criminals in Ecuador has been captured.
Why is this a big deal?
Well, he was captured right here in the good old United States.
Murderer!
César Leopoldo Cóndor Vaca, 29, is on the big list in Ecuador for allegedly killing his wife.
According to authorities, he tried to claim it was a suicide.
However, the autopsy revealed that she likely died from a blow to the head, which made Vaca an instant suspect.
In the meantime, he had already fled the country, coming to the United States in March 2021.
He overstayed his visa, so he then joined the ranks of the many illegal immigrants that need to be put on a bus back over the border.
The Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) was able to track him down and put him into custody without event.
ERO Atlanta Field Office Director Sean Ervin stated, “Foreign fugitives who flee criminal prosecution in their home country will not find safe haven in the United States.
“Our immigration officers work closely with their state and local counterparts and are uniquely trained to track down unlawfully present foreign fugitives to repatriate them to their home country to face justice for the crimes they are alleged to have committed.”
Just another fine example of the individuals that Joe Biden would love to get amnesty for.
