Texas Governor Greg Abbott has taken matters into his own hands regarding the border.
When Joe Biden took office, he ended border wall construction.
Abbott started making moves immediately to restart the operation.
The last obstacle to getting it started has finally been hurdled.
Build That Wall
When Biden halted border construction, Abbott started buying up the leftover wall that was just left to rot on the side of the road.
Other fundraising projects were put in place, but there was just one more problem.
Abbott could not build the wall on federal lands, so he needed to negotiate deals with landowners to build on their land.
That has now been completed and the border wall construction should resume next year…
More border wall is going up next month.
It took months to negotiate with private property owners on the border for the right to build on their property.
We now should be building more border wall all of next year.

So far, two contacts have been awarded.
Texas Facilities Commission approved a contract with Southwest Valley Constructors Co. and another with the BFBC of Texas.
Let’s see what Joe Biden thinks about that!
