Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, got some bad news from the Supreme Court
The court has refused his appeal on a defamation case filed against him.
He is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion.
Uh Oh
Dominion filed suit against Lindell for his claims about the 2020 election.
Lindell, in turn, filed suit against Dominion.
He claimed the company had “weaponized the legal process and intimidated witnesses to election fraud” as part of an attempt to “cover up gross security flaws in their electronic voting systems.”
Dominion also has cases against former Trump lawyers Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.
However, they were not part of Lindell’s case that the Supreme Court reviewed.
Now that the Supreme Court has denied his appeal, Dominion’s massive case against Lindell can move forward.
It is a safe bet that his company will be out of business if he loses this case.
This will be a test of freedom of speech and its limitations for public figures.
