Secretary of State Blinken may be one of the few Democrats that actually gets it regarding TikTok.
While some Democrats are calling the push by the GOP to have TikTok banned racist, Blinken agrees that it has to go.
It was rather shocking considering that even the White House is waffling on this.

Who remembers when Donald Trump talked about banning TikTok and everyone laughed at him?
Because it was Trump, they all said it was a nonsense conspiracy theory, but it turns out he was right.
So much so, even Blinken is saying the app needs to go.
Rep. Buck (R-CO) asked Blinken if he thought the App was a “threat to the United States security.”
Blinken responded, “I believe that it is, yes.”
Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) continued, “And shouldn’t a threat to U.S. security be banned?
“They do it to us. Why don’t we do it to them?”
Blinken responded, “It should be ended one way or another, and there are different ways of doing that.”
After the hearing, Buck stated “TikTok presents a clear privacy, cybersecurity and national security threat to Americans.
“I was glad to hear Secretary Blinken acknowledge that fact today.”
