I read a report this week that took me by complete surprise.
Ron DeSantis is going to hit the campaign trail… for MAGA candidates.
This is a unifying effort to help get some of Trump’s struggling candidates over the finish line in November.
However, to me, it looks like a far bigger statement by DeSantis.
The Unifier
There are a lot of people in this country that want DeSantis to run instead of Trump.
This move tells me there is no way DeSantis will run now if Trump announces.
It is also putting DeSantis in line with Trump candidates, which will carry over to whenever DeSantis eventually decides to run for office.
He will be tied to these candidates for the remainder of his career, and some of them are a bit of a risk, especially Blake Masters.
Something else to consider is that if these candidates lose with both DeSantis and Trump backing them, it gives Democrats something to rally around.
DeSantis will be hitting up four key states this month to boost these candidates: Arizona, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Kari Lake, who just won the gubernatorial primary in Arizona, was ecstatic to have DeSantis behind her.
She stated, “What Gov. DeSantis has done in Florida has been the gold standard of bold conservative governance in America.
“I’m excited to work with him when I’m governor, I’m honored to call him an ally and I can’t wait for him to join me in taking the message and vision of our ‘America First’ campaign out to the masses.”
Make no mistake about it, this is both a game-changer for these candidates and a career-defining move for DeSantis.
