The hits keep coming for Michael Avenatti.
Remember when he was the rock star of the liberal media?
Well, he just lost an appeal, ensuring that his butt will remain in jail.

Avenatti tried to appeal the ruling in his Nike case.
He tried to defraud his client, then demanded that Nike retain him for services.
The appeals court found that his case had “no merits,” and his appeal went into the shredder.
I can still remember when he was mouthing off about taking down Trump.
But all he really did was steal from clients.
In addition to the Nike case, he defrauded five clients.
One of those, as we all know, was Stormy Daniels, who had an alleged affair with Trump and was paid hush money.
That is actually at the heart of one of the indictments that Trump is facing.
I still think it is funny that media members were asking this clown to run for president when all he really was, was a grifter.
