Joe Biden made a pretty embarrassing gaffe this week that already has the White House in spin mode.
Biden called out Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) during the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health.
The issue… Walorski was killed in a horrific car accident in August.

Walorski was one of the advocates for this conference.
She was among the bipartisan lawmakers that pushed Biden to hold this conference.
Honoring her would have been okay but calling out for her is a clear lapse.
Biden clearly thought this woman was still alive and possibly in the room…

This was a very high-profile death, which makes it even more bothersome that Joe Biden could not process the fact she was dead.
Walorski was killed along with two of her staffers when her car veered into oncoming traffic.
The White House explained this as Joe having Walorski “top of mind,” which is just idiotic.
It is even more remarkable that Biden thought she was there because the White House has an event scheduled for her family this week.
This administration wonders why people do not trust them… it is nonsense like this and the constant spin coming from the podium in the briefing room.
