After the Dobbs decision was leaked, where Roe v. Wade was overturned, protests were held outside the homes of conservative justices.
This is 100 percent illegal.
While U.S. Marshals were dispatched for security, they were allegedly ordered not to make any arrests.
Rep. Jim Jordan is now trying to figure out where that order came from.
Who Gave the Order?
From reports that broke recently, when the Marshals were being trained for this detail, they were ordered to avoid arresting people unless absolutely necessary.
I think we all know if conservative protesters were lined up outside a liberal justice’s home, they would be shackled and taken away in a heartbeat.
Jordan just penned a letter to U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald L. Davis, stating, “The training materials provided to the U.S. Marshals strongly suggest that the Biden Administration is continuing to weaponize federal law enforcement agencies for partisan purposes.
“While authorities apprehended the man who intended to do harm to Justice Kavanaugh, we are aware of no other arrests or charges for agitators demonstrating outside of the justices’ homes—despite the actions clearly violating federal law.”
Jordan concluded, “So we’ve received information that suggests that, it’s what we put in the letter, that there may have been instructions from the Attorney General to, hey, whatever you do, only as a last resort. But that’s in direct contradiction of the law, of the statute. So that’s a concern.
“And we want to get some answers to that, and a host of other things.
“It seems like we’ve been investigating all kinds of things because so many of these agencies have been turned on the American people.”
Garland sat in the hot seat and claimed ignorance of any such order.
I guess now we are going to find out what his law enforcement officials think of him because I just don’t see someone else going down for an order that came from the top.
