There has finally been an acquittal in one of the cases brought against a January 6 rioter.
Joshua Black is the first person to have reached the Senate floor that will not be convicted of felony obstruction charges.
It would appear that the judge questioned if Joshua was all there or not.
A Little Off
According to Joshua, he was only there because of a higher calling.
He stated, “I had accomplished my goal.
“I pled the blood of Jesus on the Senate floor.
“You know, I praised the name of Jesus on the Senate floor.
“That was my goal. I think that was God’s goal.”
U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson stated that Brown had a “unique stew in his mind,” meaning the man is off his rocker and possibly batshit crazy.
Black, however, was convicted on disorderly conduct and carrying a dangerous weapon, the latter charge for having a knife on his person.
On the latter charge, Brown stated, “I wasn’t planning on pulling it. I just carry a knife because I do.
“I work outside, and you need knives, you know.
“I just, you’re not allowed to carry guns in DC, and I don’t like being defenseless.”
