The America’s Got Talent judge was seen frolicking on the shoreline with her husband Tom Kaulitz, enjoying some quality time together before they jetted off for their fourth wedding anniversary.
The couple were spotted getting cozy for a beachside selfie, with Tom grabbing at Heidi’s barely there patterned bikini bottoms.
But things got even more interesting when Heidi decided to go completely topless – making sure to get an even tan while soaking up the sun’s rays.
She threw on a huge straw hat and sunglasses to protect herself from the heat, but still left her breasts exposed for everyone around them to see.
But it wasn’t just about flaunting her body; Heidi also made sure that she spent some quality family time during the retreat, bringing along her three children and mother for a lunch date afterwards.
On top of that, they took boat rides and visited grottoes as they explored Capri Island together.
The German supermodel finished off her Italian getaway with one last bit of fun – posting an icy cold shower video on Instagram wearing only a tiny bikini.
She seemed unfazed by the cold water droplets pouring over her body as she danced happily into the camera lens like any other carefree vacationer would do.
