That is the rumors flying around right now.
Now, I don’t know about you, but this sounds like another move that is being driven by politics.
Freeze Them
Bloomberg News dropped the report on Thursday, and it makes perfect sense.
It really does not benefit this administration to charge Trump now.
If they do, it would give time for Ron DeSantis and other candidates to get rolling.
By holding off the election, the entire party is frozen as it waits to see if Trump is even going to be eligible to run.
By putting the announcement off, they can force even Trump to delay until he finds out if he will be caught in legal battles or not.
The DOJ insists this was not a political move, but everything it has done to this point has appeared to have a political motive, including the photos of the documents the DOJ released to the public.
This is all about having Trump removed from consideration.
