When the Jack Smith case against President Trump was assigned to a corrupt Obama judge, it became abundantly clear that the pattern of key cases being assigned to Democrat-leaning judges is still alive and well.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee in 2014 who had contributed thousands of dollars into Barack Obama’s campaign between 2008 and 2012, was appointed to handle this highly publicized case – one which could have far reaching implications for the future of our nation.
In 2019, Judge Chutkan was given charge of Mueller gang’s corrupt Butina case.
This was a Russian effort to influence American politics which included a “brazen effort to infiltrate conservative circles and influence powerful Republicans while she secretly was in contact with Russian intelligence operatives, a senior Russian official and a billionaire oligarch close to the Kremlin whom she called her ‘funder’.”
Despite evidence pointing towards Butina being framed by Mueller gangsters, Chutkan sentenced her to 18 months in prison.
She also oversaw the Pakistani spy ring case where those spies were given no time in prison because they were connected to Democrats.
Furthermore, Chutkan has handed out some of her harshest punishments yet to participants in the January 6th Capitol riot – all decisions which appear geared towards pleasing her Democratic allies rather than seeking justice for those involved.
Not surprisingly then did Newsweek celebrate Chutkan’s appointment as if it were an ideal decision for DOJ – without any consideration as to what kind of bias this judge may bring with her on such an important political trial.
Not only did they fail acknowledge her political contributions but also past rulings which indicate that she often sides with Democrats rather than seeking justice for those involved as one would expect from any impartial judge presiding over such matters.
It is increasingly apparent that key cases are continually being overseen by judges who are biased towards one side or another as evident by recent events.
Judge Chutkan’s record speaks volumes when it comes down to how much power is held within our judicial systems today given clear affiliations to certain causes and political parties.
