I wish I was overly dramatic here, but that is not the case.
Last month, Joe Biden nominated Roopali Desai to the 9th Circuit Appeals Court bench.
This woman has some rather extremist ties that need to be exposed.

We can all agree that defunding the police and abolishing prisons are pretty radical stances.
As it turns out, Desai is on the board of Just Communities Arizona (JCU).
The group does not hide its purpose, identifying as an “abolitionist organization” that envisions “a world in which prisons and jails are unnecessary.”
The group has also supported the defund the police movement.
Let me take it a step further…
About a month ago, the group put up a tribute to Frank Atwood regarding his execution.
Do you know who Frank Atwood is?
He is a fine upstanding citizen that raped and murdered an 8-year-old little girl, then disposed of her body in the desert.
If there is anyone that should have been put to death, it is that monster, yet this judicial nominee is taking up his cause.
Article III Project founder and president Mike Davis stated, “Roopali Desai’s disturbing record makes her unfit to serve in the federal judiciary.
“Desai has spent her professional career championing a radical left-wing agenda.
“She helped lead an organization that supports abolishing prisons and defunding police.
“Desai also partnered with teachers’ unions to indoctrinate our children with Critical Race Theory.
“Her position as a board member of the Arizona ACLU and time spent working as an attorney for Planned Parenthood expose her for what she is – a far-left activist driven by a dangerous ideology.”
This woman cannot be permitted to the bench and if a single Republican votes for her, I don’t care who they are, they need to be voted out.
