A cadre of 135 Republican members of Congress did the unthinkable on September 23rd and voted to advance HR 4350 or the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act which included provisions that allow for Military judges and Magistrates to enact “Military Court Protective Orders”. In short: every member of the United States Military is about to be fair-game for ‘Red-Flag’ gun confiscations. It’s almost inconceivable until your read through the list of over eleven dozen supposed “Republicans” who supported this and you find some familiar names, some you’d expect (ie. Rep. Liz Cheney… because… duh), others that will make you very, very angry (Dan CRENSHAWSERIOUSLY?!?!?). These RINO’s seem to have echoed Fmr. California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s sentiments of ‘Screw Your Freedoms’.

According to Breitbart,

“[T]he 2022 NDAA contains a provision authorizing military courts to issue orders restraining military personnel from “possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm.”

The provision for prohibiting gun possession is contained in Section 529 of the NDAA. That section is titled, “Authority Of Military Judges And Military Magistrates To Issue Military Court Protective Orders.”

The specific provision gives military courts the authority to prohibit gun possession via protective orders in two ways: 1. By giving the subject of the order an “opportunity to be heard on the order.” 2. By issuing the order ex parte.”

Should such an order be issued, then within 72 hours it is to be delivered to a State or Territory’s Attorney General for execution by law enforcement. With 135 Republicans jumping fence and siding with the Democrats the bill passed in a walk: 316-113. It now goes before the deadlocked Senate where it will meet an uncertain fate, as the Second Amendment rights of our military personnel hang in the balance.

Another List of Republicans That Need To Be Voted Out Immediately For Selling Our Freedoms

As we lurch toward the 2022 Congressional races, it’s more important than ever that we keep up with our Congressmen holding them to account when Primary time comes. Not a single member who voted in favor of any of the last nine month’s horrific Democrat-led acts should remain in office.
