The Durham report that was released this week was about as disastrous as can be for the FBI.
I would be here all day trying to explain all the points where Durham slammed the FBI.
We can summarize by saying the agency was clearly weaponized to go after Trump as well as shelving information obtained about the actions of Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
Shock Admission
Durham did not say that Hillary committed a crime, but he came pretty close.
What he did say was intelligence agencies blatantly disregarded information that had been obtained and failed to investigate it.
Even if what Hillary did was not illegal, it was clearly walking a very fine line and using government contacts to try to take out Trump.
Honestly, if that is not illegal, then the laws need to be rewritten.
Regardless, FBI Director Wray must be feeling the heat because the FBI admitted that it screwed up.
The FBI responded to Durham’s report, stating, “The conduct in 2016 and 2017 that Special Counsel Durham examined was the reason that current FBI leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have now been in place for some time.
“Had those reforms been in place in 2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented.
“This report reinforces the importance of ensuring the FBI continues to do its work with the rigor, objectivity, and professionalism the American people deserve and rightly expect.”
And if you want to know how corrupt the mainstream media is on this front, look no further than the response by most outlets.
For the most part, they are all saying this is a nothing burger, which is clearly not the case as you can see from the FBI statement.
This should be all over the news, with Obama officials being racked over the coals right now, including Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
But, they are Democrats, so they can do what they want without any recourse from the mainstream media.
