They finally got him.
The con artist otherwise known as Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) has been arrested and charged.
Santos has been hit with a slew of felony charges, including fraud.

I have never hidden my dislike for this man, as I believe he should have been removed from office after they discovered his entire resume was a fraud.
Now he could end up behind bars for considerable time.
U.S. Attorney Breon Peace stated, “Taken together, the allegations in the indictment charge Santos with relying on repeated dishonesty and deception to ascend to the halls of Congress and enrich himself.
“He used political contributions to line his pockets, unlawfully applied for unemployment benefits that should have gone to New Yorkers who had lost their jobs due to the pandemic, and lied to the House of Representatives.”
Santos pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He then held a press conference and declared the investigation was a witch hunt.
Santos is facing seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives, and one count of theft of public funds.
From what I have seen, they have him dead to rights and I look forward to the day he is put behind bars.
