Migrants across New York City are thrilled to learn that the soonest they might need to show up for an ICE appointment is October 2032. The local Immigration and Customs Enforcement office is “fully booked” through then. It makes it much easier on everyone since they’re all about to be given full amnesty.
On ICE for nine years
Migrants at the southern border heard through the grapevine that when they get off the bus their file will be put on ice, for nearly a decade. That’s “making the Big Apple the ideal destination for migrants with dubious asylum claims and causing a massive headache to those with valid ones.”
According to the New York Post, the city’s Immigration and customs office tells those seeking processing appointments that they’re “fully booked through October 2032.” Come back then. “Hasta la vista,” they wave.
Asylees with questionable claims aren’t too upset to learn that the “backlog means that migrants may have to wait almost a decade just to enter the immigration court process.”

Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off for ten years, maybe forever. Once the file gets opened by ICE, that’s only the beginning of even more delays. “If you want to stay here and fight your case for 12 years.”
Former ICE director Thomas Homan notes that “if you do your research, or the cartels do their research, that’s actually pretty clever.” Since assuming command, the Biden regime turned 802,396 non-citizens loose in America. A federal judge in Florida just ruled that the entire catch and release program was illegal.
Each and every one of those, and the ones with them who got away, rightfully belong in custody until they get that appointment in late 2032. Americans aren’t stupid enough to believe that’s ever going to happen. The big flashing neon sign on the wall says “AMNESTY.”
Amnesty for all
Democrats are already floating the trial balloon of “amnesty for all” across America. Conservatives want to see it shot down but aren’t holding their breath that those in charge can actually order the trigger pulled.
Estimates vary but we may soon see around 8-12 million new official American citizens with full voting privileges, conveniently pre-registered as Democrat. Immigration and Customs are the ones on ice. They’re shackled with their own handcuffs in the form of paperwork which can’t be filled out in a single lifetime, thanks to the overwhelming, and illegal, influx.
They used to hand out a form with an appearance ticket called a “notice to appear.” They were supposed to show up in front of a judge that day in immigration court, to potentially be placed on a bus stamped “return to sender.”

As Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas lit up the Vacancy sign and rolled out the red carpet, administrators started handing out “check in with us later” requests. The “notice to report” sends them to “the ICE office near their final destination to get placed into court proceedings.” Unless they’re all given amnesty by then.
By late 2021, they couldn’t print up NTRs fast enough so cooked up the Alternatives to Detention parole scheme which was just declared illegal in federal court. ICE thought that handing the migrants a cell phone as a tracking device would serve as an acceptable alternative to detention in tent cities. It turned out not to be acceptable at all.
The big question remains, what do you do with the 802,396 non-citizens running around loose from the past two years when there are another 7 or 8 million just like them already here. We have two choices, arrest detain and deport what amounts to the entire population of Arizona, or give each and every one full citizenship. We’ll see soon which one gets stuffed down our throats.
