House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer told the press he’s not missing the obvious. Every time a misplaced classified document from Joe Biden’s term as Vice President turns up, Hunter Biden is practically standing right next to it. The way the Kentucky oversight lawmaker puts it, Hunter Biden was “in proximity” to the suspicious intelligence paperwork.
Comer smells a rat in the garage
Now that the House is under Republican control, conservative James Comer is on the offensive against Just Us Department corruption. He’s also focused on Biden family crimes threatening our national security.
He’s convinced that Hunter Biden has a much bigger role in the classified document scandal than any Democrat wants to admit. There’s no doubt Hunter had access to Joe’s garage. He lived there.
On Tuesday, January 31, Comer told the press “that he believes Biden’s son was around the classified documents found next to the president’s Corvette in his Wilmington, Delaware garage.” The National Archives have a bunch of questions to answer, too.

In the beginning, “the story was that the National Archive triggered the raid on Mar-a-Lago.” That was a lie. Gestapo General Merrick Garland did it. It “was actually the Department of Justice.”
Another thing that we’re learning as an offshoot from Wednesday’s raid on Biden’s Beach House, it wasn’t the archives who gathered classified documents from Joe’s Penn Biden Center. That was the FBI, too. As comer explains, the newly appointed watchdogs in Congress “want to know who triggered the raid on Mar-a-Lago.”
They also can’t figure out why there was “such a difference” in the “handling of former President Trump’s classified documents compared to Vice President Mike Pence’s documents.” Not to mention the kid gloves treatment Joe has been getting over the same issue.
Who had access
While conservative lawmakers have their eyebrows raised on most of that, they are “very concerned,” Comer insists, about “who had access to Biden’s documents.” They already have more than enough evidence in hand to “believe that Hunter Biden has had some contacts that would be of concern to our national security.”
A couple of emails on Hunter’s laptop indicate that the playboy crack-head mined through them for information to cut and paste. One document appears to have clinched his million dollar a year deal with Burisma. Another email indicates that an intelligence report on a Russian Aluminum giant might be worth a quick $50K to Alcoa.
That’s why Comer and house conservatives “want to know who had access to the documents.” They also want to know who with Joe’s new team of lawyers has the clearance to be handling the documents they’ve been handing over drip-by-drip.

“We don’t know who his personal attorneys are, we don’t know who their clients are.” They aren’t pointing any fingers. Not yet. They need the evidence first. That’s going to be a challenge. Garland already warned them he won’t cooperate with any request which might incriminate anyone.
Comer isn’t deterred. “We’re pretty certain that Hunter Biden was in the proximity” of at least one document. At least one box were in the garage at “the house where Hunter Biden lived for two years.” Hunter reportedly also shared the Penn Biden Center office. He’s no stranger at the beach house either.
Then, there’s brother James Biden. He’s also involved in the family wheeling and dealing. “I wouldn’t rule out searching anywhere where certain relatives of the Biden family, who we all know have been involved in the influence peddling schemes. I wouldn’t rule out looking at their locations because this is clearly a pattern. No one believes these documents were delivered to 5 or 6 different locations once they left the Vice President’s office. Something bad is going on here.“
