Governor Ron DeSantis is making some big moves.
The only thing that explains this is that he is setting himself up big time for a massive run at the White House in 2024.
His latest move is calling out schools taking state money for teaching diversity, equity, inclusion, and critical race material.
Time for an Audit
Recently, DeSantis sent a memo to the Department of Education and the state university system demanding information.
His office wants to know how much of state resources are being spent on these woke programs.
In part, the memo stated, “[T]his letter is a request for information from the Department of Education and the State University System regarding the expenditure of state resources on programs and initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion, and critical race theory within our state colleges and universities.”

His office has called this a “fact-finding tour,” but you better believe that they plan on cutting funding to these schools if they find out state resources are funding these programs.
