The Biden administration has been dealt yet another loss.
This time, it is for a policy put in place against our troops.

The 6th Circuit Court of appeals upheld an injunction that was put in place against dismissing and/or penalizing airmen that had not taken the vaccination.
Currently, there are about 10,000 Air Force and Space Force members who had applied for religious exemptions.
The Air Force, like the other branches, was just doing blanket refusals.
The court ruled that the Air Force “wrongly relied on its’ broadly formulated’ reasons for the vaccine mandate to deny specific exemptions to the Plaintiffs, especially since it has granted secular exemptions to their colleagues.”
This fell in line with the Pentagon’s Inspector General report, which stated, “We found a trend of generalized assessments rather than the individualized assessment that is required by Federal law and DoD and Military Service policies.”
The Air Force responded to the ruling, stating, “The Department of the Air Force is complying with a court order to pause all disciplinary and adverse actions for members refusing the COVID-19 vaccine who submitted a timely religious accommodation request and fall within the definition of the court’s certified class.”
I am just wondering how many more overreaching policies the Biden administration has to put in place before people realize this people are abusing their power.
