New York City Mayor Eric Adams is whining to anyone that will listen to him right now.
After only 17,000 migrants were sent his way, he declared a state of emergency.
He just got some bad news… Governor Abbott is not backing off.

Adams has this coming to him, quite frankly.
He made racist allegations against Abbott, so now Abbott is really digging in.
Abbott responded to Adams’ state of emergency in a way that I don’t think Adams will be very happy.
He stated, “Sanctuary cities like New York City experience a FRACTION of what Texas border communities face every day.
“We’ll continue busing migrants to NYC, DC, & Chicago to relieve our overwhelmed border towns until [President] Biden does his job to secure the border.”
We should note, not all of these migrants are coming from Governor Abbott.
Actually, most of them are coming from other sources, such as El Paso, which Adams agreed to take in a deal that was struck between the two mayors.
It is estimated that at least 7,000 of the migrants are from El Paso alone, so Adams is lying when he says Abbott has created this crisis.
Deal with it, Adams, there are more coming your way.
