Joe Biden sat down for another interview this week.
Most of us were hoping this one would feature some pushback.
CNN’s Jake Tapper was on deck, and he is capable of being a good journalist, but he fell in line and threw nothing but softballs at Joe.
Even so, the interview did have one amusing moment to it.
I Can Beat Trump
This interview was about as weak as it gets.
Tapper did not even touch on the border crisis.
He barely touched on Hunter Biden, and only stuck to possible legal troubles for Hunter.
Tapper did not discuss any of the possible business ties to Joe Biden and the apparent access that Hunter was selling when Joe was the VP.
He did not touch on #Whipgate, even though a bombshell report had just dropped.
He did ask Biden about his age, but he managed to avoid diving into the dozen of memory skips that Biden has had in office.
But he did ask Joe about running for office again.
If paired up with Trump, Biden stated, “I believe I can beat Donald Trump again.”
I have a feeling we are going to find out soon enough.
