It can no longer be denied.
Putin is purposely targeting civilians to crush Ukraine’s spirits.
Over the last week, he has lobbed three massive missile strikes into civilian areas.
Bodies Stacking Up
The attack on Tuesday was a mere 24 hours after a horrifying attack at civilian targets in more than a half-dozen Ukraine cities.
Initially, 10 people were reported dead in that attack, but the toll is now at 19.
That attack was one day after an attack on Sunday that hit an apartment block, killing 13 people, including 10 children.
Putin is also targeting energy structures to knock out the grid.
Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated, “These are war crimes planned well in advance and aimed at creating unbearable conditions for civilians — Russia’s deliberate strategy since months.”
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights added, “We have to stress that intentionally directing attacks against civilians and civilian objects — that is objects which are not military objectives — amount to a war crime.”
The commission is also calling on Russia to “refrain from further escalation.”
The statement continued, “Attacks targeting civilians and objects indispensable to the survival of civilians are prohibited under international humanitarian law.”
What is Putin’s response? He is literally laughing and boasting about the success of the attacks.
Why? Because he knows nobody has the ba**s to stop him right now.
