Yes, that would be Joe Biden.
He surely expected open arms, but that is far from what he got from the media which has been licking its chops to get answers regarding the Trump Mar-a-Lago raid.

The media immediately hit Biden on what he knew about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
I could not help but compare his response to Sergeant Schultz from “Hogan’s Heroes.”

That, however, is a lie, or at least mostly a lie.
Did Joe Biden know precisely when the FBI was going to crash through the doors?
There is no reason to believe he knew the exact time, but he surely knew what was being cooked up.
If you just look at the facts, Biden had to know.
He started the train rolling to deny Trump privilege, a rule conveniently set up during the Obama administration, who now appears to have been playing the long game after realizing Trump could be #45.
The email chain from White House staffers also documented how this was all playing out.
Let’s also not forget the April story in the New York Times where Biden staffers “leaked” that Joe wanted Trump indicted for something, anything, by Merrick Garland.
The media has accused Trump of communicating with extremist groups via Twitter, but they dare not say that Joe was communicating with Garland through media leaks.
Bottom line… Joe knew, and few believe his denial.
