This changes everything! The American Independence Party of California has released an Eleven page investigation challenging the validity of the 2020 Election in 53 of 58 counties in California. Markham Robinson, Vice-Chair of the AIP wrote,
“The right to cast a lawful ballot in the General Election of 2020 was denied to almost all California voters because of fatal flaws in the Voter Instructions at the top of the ballot. One reason these flaws are “fatal” is because the California Elections Code mandates that ballots lacking specific voting instructions “shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”
UncoverDC.com reported on the California law at length, we’ll summarize it a bit.
What Laws Did the Investigation Cover?
Under California State Law, the applicable code is “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”
In Article 1 Election Code 13200, reads:
“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”
During a Presidential Election Section 13205 applies:
“13205 (b). In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:
“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”
According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California’s 58 counties.
Furthermore, UncoverDC, reports,
“In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 13205 (c) (typo’d as 12305). Some of those county’s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).”
“To vote for those electors who have pledged themselves to vote for a candidate for President and Vice President not supported by any particular party mark the voting target next to the names of those presidential and vice presidential candidates.”
This means 100 percent of California’s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.“
Where Does This Lead?
The problem is that no-one seems to be listening. Robinson Tweeted shortly prior to publication that he has been blocked by Sidney Powell and that the AIP needs a Pro-Bono attorney or financial backing to make their case. And Markham repeatedly joked that this wasn’t much of an investigation because all Californians were sent the erroneous sample and official ballots! The evidence is literally in most California households.
“There really isn’t any investigation done here at all. They sent us the evidence in the mail. IT’S CALLED SAMPLE BALLOTS!” Robinson said.
Our most profound thanks for this article. We have been struggling to get our State & local actions taken up by someone with adequate resources. We cannot overstress the importance of this to the cause. https://t.co/22wkB00A6R Link to the building cases: https://t.co/60W64Rlw69 https://t.co/3ScGQjsA95

NO! Got 100K$ on you? Get us a pro bono lawyer or the attention of Trump's lawyers or Sidney Powell. I can not tweet the latter, she blocks me for reasons unknown.

The situation in California seems inherently different than that in any other state and would represent “opening a new front” in the battle to protect our Election integrity as Markham wrote “IT’S NO MERE TECHNICALITY. It’s not typical voter fraud. It’s before any traditional fraud can be committed IT’S A FATAL FLAW IN THE BALLOTS!”
It remains to be seen whether or not this revelation will yield any legal action. The American Independence Party has been a minor third party in California politics since the 1960’s, unfortunately with a minimal impact. Unless as Vice-Chair Robinson tweeted “someone with adequate resources” steps in, this will likely disappear into the footnotes of the most controversial Presidential election since Lincoln.
However, if followed through by California’s House Republicans such as Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy or Rep. Devin Nunes or even lesser known Representatives like McClintock, LaMalfa, Garcia or Calvert this could pivot to a January 6th challenge to the Electoral College vote count. The loss of California’s 55 Electoral college votes would be devastating, especially to VP Candidate Kamala Harris and Speaker Nancy Pelosi who faces a serious challenge for the gavel this year.
