They Were Caught Hiding Truth So They Put It Back

The University of Pennsylvania got caught trying to hide the truth, so they put it back. They quickly made Yoel Roth’s doctoral dissertation disappear when Elon Musk quoted it in a tweet. They freaked out when the public learned exactly what they gave Roth his prestigious doctorate for.

University approved pedophilia

The University of Pennsylvania put their reputation on the line to certify Yoel Roth as a doctor of philosophy. To get the distinction, he had to make a unique and original contribution to the range of human knowledge with a “dissertation.

His was titled, “Gay Data.” It was a scholarly discussion of “ways to improve the LGBTQ dating app Grindr.” Improve it by opening it up for children.

On page 248, Roth argues “that sites like Grindr should consider ‘crafting safety strategies that can accommodate a wide variety of use cases,‘ including for young adults.” The University went into instant panic mode and yanked it offline when they saw Musk’s tweet.

Looks like Yoel is arguing in favor of children being able to access adult Internet services in his Ph.D thesis.” He was meeting weekly with FBI, Homeland Security and staff with the Director of National Intelligence in the run up to the 2020 election, too.

Musk sent his tweet out into the universe on Saturday afternoon. By Sunday, “Roth’s dissertation was inaccessible on the University of Pennsylvania’s Scholarly Commons website.” It’s back now, after folks noticed the shenanigans.

While it was down, the Wayback Machine shows “a note next to the work’s title on the website during that time” which read, “this paper has been withdrawn.” That would indicate that so had Roth’s Ph.D.

All a mistake

When the disappearance started causing even more controversy than the dissertation, the University backtracked and put the paper back on the screen.

They came up with a lame excuse to cover their terror. The designation was simply a mistake and has “since been corrected.” Oh, that makes it alright then.

According to their spin doctor, or as they like to call him, “Director of Media Relations,” Ron Ozio, “on December 10, access to the dissertation of University of Pennsylvania graduate Yoel Roth, Ph.D., was mistakenly closed off on Scholarly Commons.

That is “one of the two digital sites on which dissertations by Penn doctoral graduates can be publicly accessed.” The robot took over from there.

That error triggered a pre-set statement in the vendor’s system inaccurately indicating that the paper had been withdrawn.” If it had been withdrawn, then Roth would be stripped of his degree. He probably freaked out when they took it down.

He’s already abandoned his million dollar pad to go into hiding. He’s been getting death threats lately. The University promises “the dissertation can now be accessed on both Scholarly Commons and ProQuest.” Roth didn’t respond for comment, because he’s in hiding. Send all comments on the dissertation to U of P.
