The Supreme Court may have just saved Joe Biden from himself… again.
The court issued a 5-4 ruling to keep Title 42 in place until arguments can be heard in February.
With Biden still not having any real plan in place, this will help Biden even though the administration will complain about the decision.

The decision came down with a 5-4 ruling, with Justice Gorsuch siding with the liberals.
Even though most want the rule to stay in place, most would agree that the legal argument that Gorsuch made was actually correct.
In his dissent, he wrote, “Even the federal government acknowledges ‘that the end of the Title 42 orders will likely have disruptive consequences.’
“But the current border crisis is not a COVID crisis.
“And courts should not be in the business of perpetuating administrative edicts designed for one emergency only because elected officials have failed to address a different emergency.
“We are a court of law, not policymakers of last resort.”
That comment by Gorsuch does not bode well for Biden’s student loan plan.
If this rule cannot be in place because of the status of the pandemic, then how can they possibly rule the student loan forgiveness plan was needed due to the pandemic?
