Report: Biden Shows He Is NOT In Control

Biden

Joe Biden once again made news, and some seriously sincere concern over his mental fitness to hold office on June 23rd. The so-called commander in chief flaunted a card at a White House conference with wind market leaders that provided him the most basic directions on what to say and do. Amongst the instructions on the cheat sheet, recorded in a Getty Images picture, was “YOU take YOUR seat” after entering the room.

The 79-year-old Biden, whose age has actually triggered some controversy in some Democratic circles expecting the 2024 election, was instructed to keep his remarks “brief,” with the notes defining 2 minutes, and asking Liz Shuler, the president of the AFL-CIO, a question after press reporters leave the space. The card’s list checks out,  “YOU thank participants” and “YOU depart.”

The Republican National Committee shared the “White House guidelines” on Twitter, and others seized the day to take jabs at the president. “Good grief,” Fox News senior political expert Brit Hume stated.

The sheet instructs Biden as follows:

  • YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants
  • YOU  take YOUR seat
  • Press Enters
  • YOU give brief comments (2 minutes)
  • Press departs (t)
  • YOU ask Liz Shuler, President, AFL-CIO, a question.
  • Note: Liz is joining virtually.
  • YOU thank participants
  • YOU depart

A missive retweeted by White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates checked out:

“Advance & exec comms folks write event tick tocks like this for leaders all the time. It’s malpractice to send your principal (esp one who is scheduled back to back) into an engagement w/o a briefing document that outlines the exact sequence of an event & their role in it.”

The White House stated Biden signed up with Governors and senior officials from 11 East Coast states, in addition to leaders from labor unions and the overseas wind market, to start a “Federal-State Offshore Wind Implementation Partnership.”

Biden, who was seated at the head of the table, said that union employees are the “single most qualified workers in the world,” according to a White House transcript of his remarks. “When I think ‘climate,’ when I think ‘environment,’ I think ‘jobs,'” Biden also said, adding, “We’re about to build a better America.”
