Once Elon Musk took over Twitter, we found out the platform was working with government officials to silence American voices.
It turns out, the problem was far worse than anyone really knew.
According to Musk, the government intelligence agencies were pretty deeply entrenched in Twitter to decide who needed to be silenced.

Musk did not hide the fact that he found quite a mess when he took over Twitter.
He stated, “The degree to which government agencies effectively had full access to everything that was going on on Twitter blew my mind.
“I was not aware of that.”
When asked if that included DM messages, he confirmed that was the case.
Musk stated, “Yes. Because the DM’s aren’t encrypted.”
If encryption is on, Musk stated, “You could put a gun to my head and I couldn’t tell you.
“That’s how it should be.”
Must also stated that if he was sent a request by the government that was unconstitutional, he would definitely push back.
I guess now we know why Democrats were so upset when Musk took over the platform!
