Joe Biden slept through science class, it seems. Former Accuweather Chief Long Range Forecaster, meteorologist Joe Bastardi, now makes his rounds of the TV stations whenever they need an expert opinion about the weather. When he heard what fell out of Biden’s mouth about last week’s tornado disaster, he simply had to go public to set the record straight.
Science or mind control
When Biden blamed the tornado outbreak on climate change, the prognosticator did a double take. It started with a press pool reporter tossing what should have been a softball for His Wisdom. “Does climate change contribute to the deadly tornadoes?” You bet it does, Biden proclaimed, despite the science which says otherwise.
“All I know is that the intensity of the weather across the board has some impacts as a consequence of the warming of the planet and climate change.” He hedged enough to note the “specific impact on these specific storms, I can’t say at this point.” Bastardi can. It’s zero.
Biden is going to put the EPA in charge of regulating tornadoes, moving meteorology into the realm of science fiction. “I’m going to be asking the EPA and others to take a look at that,” he promises. He also thinks we can spend our way out of bankruptcy.
“But the fact is that we all know everything is more intense when the climate is warming. Everything. And obviously, it has some impact here, but I can’t give you a quantitative read on that.” Even the EPA can’t stop climate change. Only his record breaking pork package in congress can do that.
Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Deanne Criswell has been mainlining the global warming Kool-Aid. Extreme weather “is going to be our new normal.”
Get ready for Waterworld if the GOP regains control of congress in the mid-terms. “The effects we are seeing of climate change are the crisis of our generation,” Criswell warns, without a shred of science to back her up.

Weaponizing tornadoes
That’s a total load of crap, Bastardi responds. Biden is “weaponizing tornadoes,” which is nonsense. He shared some “data showing that severe weather this year has not been as severe compared to previous years.” He didn’t have nice things to say about our Imperial Leader. What Biden calls science is nothing but gibberish.

Hard science facts and figures from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, he points out, “directly contradicts claims from Biden and Criswell that severe weather is more intense because of climate change.”
The first of the four graphs he tweeted prove that “as carbon emissions increased between 1954 and 2014, the number of annual tornadoes did not increase.” It went down. “The second graph shows that the number of recorded tornadoes through Dec. 11, 2021, is, in fact, close to a record low.” How’s that for science.
“The third graph shows that the number of local storm reports of hail — 3,714 through Dec. 11 — is significantly under the average of 7,979 through the same time period.” Finally, “The fourth graph shows that the number of local storm reports of damaging winds — 12,780 through Dec. 11 — is also under the average of 13,996 through the same time period.” So there you have it. Global warming is only mind control propaganda.
