Leaked Audio Reveals Infuriating Situation

Leaked audio analyzed by Human Events Daily podcast host Jack Posobiec reveals an infuriating situation for one retiring soldier who is being threatened by her superiors.

In a leaked audio clip, an Army doctor is heard telling a retiring soldier that she must either get the COVID vaccine or she will be facing a court martial.

The story was originally reported by Terminal CWO, but the audio clip was later analyzed by former Navy intel officer Jack Posobiec on his podcast.

“If we were civilians and you said, ‘Doctor, do you think it’s reasonable for me to not get the vaccine for a few months until I feel comfortable?’ I’d say, yeah, that’s reasonable, you’re young and healthy, it’s reasonable to wait a few months until you feel more comfortable,” the Army doctor said.
“The Army doesn’t allow me to do that, though,” he continued. “So I recommend that you submit an administrative waiver because I can’t grant you a medical waiver unless you had specific medical conditions such as severe allergic reaction to the first shot, unfortunately.”The soldier that is the focus of this clip is a medical retiree with Endometriosis, who states in the clip that she will be going home in six days. According to the Army doctor, a court martial wound prevent her from going home, but she would only be facing the disciplinary action if an administrative waiver were to be rejected. He goes on to explain to her how to go through a chapter process in which the military decides what kind of discharge a soldier receives.

“And then after the chapter process is concluded, it would go before the general court-martial convening authority, General Doyle, and he would make the determination,” the doctor explained, going on to describe how the general would make the determination as to whether she leaves the Army as a medical retiree or is pushed out through Chapter Separation, a process where soldiers are removed from the military for things such as substance abuse or serious crimes like assault.
“So I really recommend applying for administrative labour today or getting the shot just because like you’re so close to being done. I hate it when good people get punished,” the Army doctor concluded.
According to Posobiec, more audio will be leaked in the coming days.
