Lauren Boebert’s House Zoom Meeting Creates EPIC Snowflake Meltdown Across the Liberal Board

House

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s effortless trolling of the left continues! In a Zoom call/House Hearing Rep. Boebert caused an epic snowflake meltdown by displaying a modest collection of firearms on the bookshelf behind her. Ostensibly this is befitting a Congresswoman who ran primarily on defending the Second Amendment. Vice breathlessly reported, “Did you know Lauren Boebert likes guns? Because she really likes guns.”

Let’s All Enjoy The Salt That Flowed From The House Of Representatives.

Paul Blest of Vice wrote,

“Yes, those are at least two AR-style rifles in the background, and a few other guns lackadaisically hanging out on her shelf during a Zoom hearing. At least she’d be ready to shoot the computer if someone hacked into the meeting. “

This particular hearing was debating the House committee’s rules for the next two years. Ironically one of the rules was to include an unconstitutional ban on carrying firearms into congressional committee hearings.

Boebert objected to the blatantly unconstitutional rule and claimed Democrats in the House or Representatives were infringing on her gun rights. She further demanded a “personal security detail” that Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-AZ), the committee chairman and a notorious progressive-socialist activist, would pay for.

“If this is passed, the chairman is trying to take responsibility for my personal safety while stripping away my Second Amendment rights,” Boebert said.

Congressman Jared Huffman (D-CA) sought to ridicule and trivialize Boebert’s enthusiastic defense of the second amendment as a “fetish” saying, “Here’s the reality: If somebody wants to have a shrine to their gun fetish as a Zoom backdrop in their private life, they can do that. But this is our hearing room, and at some point we will get past the COVID epidemic and we’ll all start showing up in person and our safety and our ability to conduct our business civilly without feeling threatened is a relevant consideration,”

Apparently the Congressman feels “threatened” by a responsibly armed member of the House standing up to defend the rights of American citizens against the rampaging Biden-Harris Democratic-socialist backed regime. He continued. “It’s necessary that we lay down these ground rules that whatever your fetishes or feelings are about guns, you’re not going to bring them into our committee room.”

The good Congresswoman Boebert struck back immediately and vehemently,

“It doesn’t matter how you feel or how you classify it, this is an enumerated right that American citizens have to keep and bear arms,” Boebert said.

Gun owners and 2A defenders rejoiced as Boebert vociferously defended her right to bear arms along with ours. In spite of many misconceptions it is completely legal for the Congresswoman to be armed for her own protection in the House.

Several Democrat “snowflakes” proceeded to have extremely public meltdowns afterword.

“I always thought my dirty dishes piled up and accumulating bacteria were the most dangerous thing in a Zoom background,” Rep. Katie Porter of California tweeted.

“Who were you planning to shoot in a Zoom hearing,” asked Rep. Don Beyer of Virginia.

Second Amendment Rights Outweigh Congress’ “Feelings”

A 1967 law prevents civilians from carrying guns in the Capitol complex, however, there is a clear exemption that allows for Senators and members of Congress to keep firearms in their office for their own protection. Perhaps the Democrats are concerned that Rep. Boebert might bring back dueling which has been illegal for over a century and re-live the legendary duel of Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr on July 11, 1804 or Andrew Jackson and Charles Dickinson in 1806.

In recent days following the Jan. 6th Capitol breach, Speaker Pelosi reactively added metal detectors to the capitol and implemented a $10,000 fine for Congressmen and Senators who violate them in spite of a massive military presence in Washington. This has done little to prevent lawmakers such as Boebert, Rep. Russ Fulcher and Rep. Andy Harris from asserting their rights.

All joking aside, we’ll say it less politely for Rep. Huffman: F*** YOUR FEELINGS, our rights outweigh your feelings every time.
