Despite being put through the ringer the past few weeks, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is back and stronger than ever before. After surviving a sham impeachment brought on by Rove-Bush RINOs, Paxton is now calling for the resignation of Liberal House Speaker Dade Phelan, citing his “embarrassing conduct” and “erratic behavior” that has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on an attempted political smear campaign.
In May, Paxton called out Phelan as being unfit to lead due to his seeming intoxication while presiding over the Texas House. He further stated that Phelan’s behavior had “negatively impacted the legislative process and constitutes a failure to live up to his duty to the public”.

In response, Phelan orchestrated an impeachment trial against Paxton in an attempt at retribution. However, all 16 articles of impeachment were thrown out by the Senate and Lt. Governor Patrick who accused them of orchestrating a predetermined outcome and depriving Texas citizens of justice.
Though acquitted on all counts by the Senate, it appears that liberal Dade Phelan still isn’t done with Ken Paxton yet as he has threatened him with other “lawsuits, indictments and investigations” following his acquittal from this sham impeachment trial.

This just serves as further evidence that this was nothing more than a politically motivated attack against one man who happened to stand in their way; something that will not be tolerated in any capacity within our beloved state of Texas.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxon is fighting hard for Texans rights now more than ever before following his victory over baseless allegations made against him.
He stands firm in calling out Speaker Dade Phelan’s unacceptable behavior while advocating for greater access to quality education opportunities throughout Texas necessitating removing intoxicated leaders from positions of power within government offices so that Texan citizens can be well served without interruption by sober representatives who have their best interests at heart.
