ICYMI- Mehmet Oz was hammering John Fetterman on his record.
He had been focusing on Fetterman’s desire to release one-third of the prison population.
Fetterman said it is all lies, only it is far worse than what even Oz is saying.
DA Comes Forward
A DA in Pennsylvania could’ve completely derailed Fetterman’s campaign.
That and a few tweets we dug up should just about do it.
Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub detailed the case of murderer John David Brookins.
Brookins stabbed a woman to death, with her autopsy report showing that she was also beaten and strangled.
Fetterman wanted to put this man back on the street and give him clemency.
Why? It sure was not because of evidence.
No, because the man has a college degree, teaches yoga, and has been a good boy in prison, Fetterman believes there is no way the man could have committed the murder.
So, Fetterman voted to give the man clemency.
The DA says Fetterman came into the hearing with an agenda, and I believe him.
Why? Look at these tweets from Fetterman and notice the names in the tweet toward the end.
Pennsylvania can + must right its own legacy injustices by ending the long-term suffocation of the deserving, elderly + factually innocent inmates condemned to die in our prisons.

Did you also happen to notice that line in there about emptying 1/3 of the prison population and saying people would not be less safe?
